Nigerian Dwarf Goats

Nigerian Dwarf goats are well known for their playful dispositions and their rich, sweet milk that rivals even cow's milk.  We just love their miniature stature and even the bucks have mild personalities.  They make excellent pets and are dependable dairy goats.  They are unique because their milk is higher in protein than milk from most dairy goat breeds, and the higher butterfat percentage gives it an excellent creamy taste (and also is perfect for making cheese and soaps).  These goats are very hardy creatures and can adapt to living with other livestock.  The females typically have easy births and are doting mothers.  If properly cared for, Nigerian Dwarfs can live up to 12-14 years old.
