Bramon's Best

Bramon's Best includes all our favorite layers that lay a wide variety of colors. They are selected for egg color, egg production, hardiness, and docile temperaments. If you're looking for easy keepers that deliver stunning eggs, these are the chickens for you!

These birds are the survivors from the 2024 dog attack or are their offspring. The result has created very smart, savvy birds who are aware of their surroundings, while still being friendly and curious with us - because they know we bring the daily food scraps! They are very adaptable and catch onto new routines quickly. They tolerate confinement, but really thrive in a free ranging/foraging environment. They love hunting for their food and several even do a victory lap around their friends while announcing that they caught something - which typically leads to a comical chase around the yard.
